Insurance Support
Filing a claim after an accident can be confusing. We work with all insurance companies and are happy to guide you through the process. Our team can file the claim on your behalf, submit photos and estimates and communicate with your adjuster. We keep you and your insurer updated throughout the repair, reducing stress and ensuring there are no surprises. If your vehicle can’t be driven, we’ll arrange pickup from your location and bring it to our shop for repairs.
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our repairs with a limited lifetime workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in the work we perform for as long as you own the vehicle. It does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, alignments or rust. To file a warranty claim, return to our facility with your vehicle, warranty certificate and original repair estimate. Make sure all outstanding balances are settled, and we’ll address any issues promptly.
What Our Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to auto body repair performed by our technicians. It excludes damages caused by vehicle misuse, lack of maintenance, subsequent accidents, theft, acid rain, rock chips and normal wear. Alignments and rust repairs are also not covered. Keeping proper documentation and maintenance records will help ensure smooth warranty service should you ever need it.
