We’ll handle the insurance claim, coordinate a rental car if you need one and come to you to collect your vehicle—even if it’s an EV that requires specialized towing. Throughout the process we’ll send you regular updates. When repairs are complete, we’ll deliver your vehicle clean and ready to drive.

About Us
In 1961, Shelbourne Wallace and his father opened an Oldsmobile dealership in downtown Bristol. They quickly discovered that area body shops weren’t meeting local drivers’ needs, so they launched their own collision repair division.
That commitment to doing things the right way still guides us today. We now operate from a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Bristol, TN, and serve customers across Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and Western North Carolina. Over the decades we’ve invested in advanced equipment, OEM certifications and continuous training. Our EV expertise and white‑glove service, which includes us coming to you for pick‑up and delivery, to ensure your life isn’t impacted anymore than it has been. We understand busy lives, and as a family owned and operated collision center, we want to help out as much as possible.

These certifications mean we follow factory procedures, use approved parts and materials, and invest in tools and training to meet manufacturer standards.
